Mechanical Engineering department of ILM CET conducted a campus placement drive for S8 Mechanical Engineering students, on 04/05/2017, at college campus. M/s Popular Hyundai, a leading automobile dealership in Kerala participated in the drive. Out of 25 students participation 15 students are shortlisted for the final stage interview. 7 students shortlisted to Service Engineer post and 5 students shortlisted to Junior Engineer post. 3 students are shortlisted to sales engineer post.

MISSION

• To provide quality education in both theoretical and applied foundations of Mechanical Engineering.
• Create highly skilled mechanical engineers, capable of doing research and also develop solutions for the betterment of the nation.
• Inculcate professional and ethical values among students. Support society by participating in and encouraging technology transfer.
• Developing a center of excellence in the field mechanical engineering there by equipping the students to become future technocrats

1. Work productively as Mechanical Engineers, including supportive and leadership roles in multidisciplinary domain.
2. Participate in life-long learning through the successful completion of advanced degrees, Continuing education, certifications and/or other professional developments.
3. Promote design, research, product implementation and services in the field of mechanical Engineering through strong technical, communication and entrepreneurial Skills.
4. Have the ability and the mindset to continuously update and innovate.
5. Have the necessary communication skills to be able effectively communicated with technical experts and also non- technical end users.
